Classic dress

I bought this dress from Francesca's- the brand on the tag is "Blue Rain." I love the dress but don't dress up enough to keep it :) it's a size small, 3 inches above the knee, fitted with fun skirt. Cream with black trim, belt included! Zipper in perfect condition! Only worn once!
