Mayven sold me an 'authentic' MJ stam bag. I was skeptical about authenticity because another Posher told me after I bought it that the bag is fake. I recorded myself opening the parcel once I got it. Not only was it fake, but the kiss lock was broken too. Now she claims I loosened the lock! After contacting PM right away & sending photos and a video, they asked that the bag (and shoes in the bundle which were also damaged) be sent to their HQ for inspection. I got my refund. Enough said.

mamaturtledove I even emailed Mayven, after the return was processed, telling her I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt; That maybe she didn't know it was fake, and I didn't want my returning the items to ruin her PM reputation. She never had the courtesy to even reply. Now she's lying and saying I damaged the lock. Well, I'm not going to sit quietly while she drags my name through the mud. Liar, liar pant on fiyaaahhh. 😡

raquelina7 @mamaturtledove Yes, I had a terrible experience with Mayven. She advertised a Lodis clutch wallet as brand new but the exterior was blemished with some type of stains that appeared to be ink. When I tried to work with her, she said that I must've caused the stains! After trying to contact her several times, I turned to PM. They hesitated for a couple of weeks but finally refunded me. Why PM continues to allow her to sell here, I don't know. But I'm relieved you are spreading the word and saving others from falling victim to her dishonesty and greed.

traj3 Thank you for sharing about this seller....we all make mistakes BUT IF YOU DELIBERATELY IGNORE YOUR BUYERS N SAY YOUR THE REASON FOR DAMAGE That's just plain rude and dishonest!!!!
