karenannie66 Hey @amydavis4513 its @karenannie66 here. Was bummed to read that you weren't happy with condition of Montcler Jacket. guess I felt that great used condition covered the usual wear and tear on an item. Soiled cuffs and zipper are kinda norm and I didn't feel it was excessive. That said if you are unhappy, I happy to refund you. I am happy to work something out. I really wanted you to love as much as I did--so just let me know!

amydavis4513 @karenannie66 hi there. I appreciate that. The pictures didn't show any of it, and generally in the descriptions people list areas of stain or damage. Can you tell me whether you've tried dry cleaning it? If not I can try that. karenannie66 Hey @amydavis4513 I have not tried having it cleaned. I spot cleaned with soap and water but not professionally. If you want to try getting it professionally cleaned, just send me bill and I will pay for the cost of cleaning.
