Mahal . I just saw your sweet message from yesterday , I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner . Hope your having fun with your party planning! You have a great group of co-hosts. When I did mine , my co hosts were awesome as well. To answer your question, we didn't real ask each other or talk about what each of us were picking. We kind if just searched for our own HPs and made sure before we "liked" something to check and make sure someone else from the group already didn't "like" it. This way there was no repeat host picks. Actually that was good because when u clicked on the list of likes you were able to find closets of people you may have not been following and then u were able to find more HPs.( I hope I'm making sense lol). I know your getting tons of advice right now because you have an awesome following and some really great posh friends to help you. The best piece of advice I can give is have fun with it. Make sure you have all your HPs organized at the top of your likes so you are able to share them easiest. I had a little glitch the night of my party . All my personal likes got mixed in with party likes and I had to scramble. Enjoy the time because it goes quick! Hope Im here cheering you on! I have been with Posh I think since Oct. but I didn't start my closet until February. The second day my closet was up i got a HP. I was in shock. Thanks, yeah I didn't realize the vs littlle dogs where considered stuffed animals but thats ok...I removed them and the barretts and hair clips don't say kids and they are new...so I should be good. Thanks for the shares :)

Aaah, thanks bunches!! When I started here I had a fantastic mentor who is now the sister I wish I'd had. At that time, I decided I was going to make this app, at least for me, all about women helping women. You see I'm old and I remember when women had few options, glass ceilings, and competed against each other. I never understood that because we are more than half the population. If we stand together, empower and help each other, be happy for others' successes, there's nothing we, or our sisters, can't do!! Off my soap box now! @annaconda good morning. When I look in a closet I look to see if the HP's that the people have received prior have been displayed. Then that tells me if that person cares if they get one or not? I saw your closet has received quite a few but as far as I can see I only saw one that was displayed. So why would you want myself @kanyejoyner @sdshopper @neelug or @laydeenerd to go into a closet and give a host pick that won't even display them? Don't think I am picking on you I'm not because you are not the only one out there that does that I have seen a lot of them that do that and when I see that I bypass that closet. That is just my opinion. I don't know how my other co-hosts feel. Thank You for your time and thank you for asking!โค๏ธ

@nkhob I listed a lot of new things that fit the theme..I don't list host picks because some of them happened so long ago they get dropped off the feed.. I just wanted some help with newer things I've listed..I've been a host before and I just like to help all poshers.. Sorry if you don't agree with my way of doing things. I learned a lot from successful posher at the convention and just follow their example and they don't change their listings when they get picked.. Provably because thru get picked a lot..

@anaconda. I have already picked my HP's and I'm at the max that Posh allows for a party. I tried to get all my picks done when I found out the theme. Like I said that was just my opinion. As you will see tonight I did not pick anyone that did not display their HP's proudly no matter when they got them. Don't get me wrong. I don't mean display the as to what party or when, or how many times that item was picked just display that it's an HP item. Thank you for your timeโค๏ธ

Wow. I just read your response to @anaconda regarding displaying host picks. I used to display mine but took them off so as not to make others feel bad .... Especially those that have never had a host pick before. Penalizing someone for not displaying a host pick is your call but it certainly doesn't mean they're not thrilled and proud to have one of their listings chosen. โค๏ธโค๏ธI am always honored when someone comes to my closet.....host pick or not. โค๏ธโค๏ธ

@annaconda I don't display my HP either!! What a lousy thing to say! Just because people don't display HOST PICK does NOT mean they don't appreciate getting one, and to tell annaconda "why would you want myself or the other hosts to pick from you if you don't display them?" is both rude and absurd!!! Many members do not "display" a hp because they have had many and don't want to look like they are bragging and/or feel the need to put Host Pick on a pick that was from a party days, weeks or months ago! The same thing holds true to TELLING people they can't get a host pick if they trade. Trading is NOT against the rules thus it should not be held against them for the opportunity to receive a Host Pick!! @annaconda I'm very sorry you were subjected to this, people are entitled to their own opinions even if they are WRONG!!!

Telling someone you can't get a host pick if you trade is misinformation. I don't trade nor do I recommend it but if someone chooses to trade they still qualify for a host pick.๐

Nahla , I see that this has caused some chaos. I did get upset to see my name attached to your opinion. It seems the ladies are only trying to help, as it was quite hurtful the way you came across. I am sure you meant no harm, however, possibly the way you told Anaconda was not the best. I don't list every Host Pick anymore, however I am extremely grateful for each and every one. @mands13 yes I did but I noticed this morning that I had HP s picked out for a lot of people and they were not in my like feed when I checked back on the item. It was still checked like. I don't understand. I am sick to my stomach. There were like 25-26 of them

Oh no! I wonder if it was a glitch maybe with your feed going crazy. I think another host had trouble sharing a couple weeks backs. Don't worry about it though, people will understand and you shared a lot of beautiful pieces! ๐
