@livv16 okay.. Just log into PP and go to the send money tab. Enter in my email and send $10 via friends and family. Friends and family just doesn't charge a fee. Goods and services charges me a fee.

Okay so im using a prepaid card, i only have 10 $ on the card and i checked the friends and family, but when i check out it says i have to pay a 59 cent fee, but i dont have enough to pay the fee, so what do i do?

@livv16 it's charging you a fee because you're using a card instead of using money in your Paypal account. You can't put $10 in your pp from a bank account? If not then you can just send $9.50 to me
