F21 Essentials Drop Waist Dress in black

F21 Essentials Drop Waist Dress in black. 70% polyester. 27% rayon. 3% spandex. Size XS measures: 28" bust, 25" waist, 28" at the gathered drop waist/hip, 34" total length. The dress is stretchy but I'm uncomfortable with my midsection so I never wore it and just tried it on (as shown in first picture). Never worn. Just tried on. New without tags. Necklace in first picture is for styling purposes only.
