Brayden is my 14 yr old grandson. Born at 29 wks, 2lbs.5ozs. He has CP, 100% disabled.
He is now up to 75lbs. He's been riding in a car seat, very uncomfortable and not safe. We have been running a campaign to raise funds for a wheel chair van for quite sometime here and across the pond. I'm so proud to announce we finally did it. Brayden has been a champ throughout, so uncomfortable with two dislocated hips, this will truly change our lives. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much 💙🙏😍

As long as it is women's fashion etc. it's ok. Men's, children, electronics, guitars, and undergarments used, also nail polish and used makeup are not allowed. I didn't see any of that in your closet.

Some of the girls have shared some sights that help you do a fund raiser type thing. That would be good, then people could do it with a tax deduction. I've had so much going on I haven't gotten it done. He's growing and makes it much harder for her to lift him. I have to get busy. My suggestion is following as many users as you can since many of them follow back- this is how my closet gained influence! If you need any help at all starting a fundraiser or on postmark please don't hesitate to ask! The key to success on postmark really is patience! I don't know if I'm suppose to share as many items as I amn or not. I really don't understand how that works. I share an item from their closet to my followers, I know that they are not getting that info, because I don't get shares by people from someone else's closet, it just shares from my closet. okay so basically when you share something from someone else's closet, they get a notification for each item that you share. some users share back as a courtesy, though more often then not your "shares" will get lost in the pile of notifications. sharing helps sometimes, but i think following people will help you gain more influence (from personal experience) let me know if that made sense lol and no problem glad to help!

@julieg1 He is absolutely precious & handsome!! 😍 I worked one on one with the mentally and physically handicapped for 30 years, and there is NOTHING on this earth as special and loving as these gentle souls. I can tell he's getting an abundance of love from his family, and it just warms my heart. It can be taxing, but like you said all they want is love, they know nothing else but that, they've got it all. Society needs to learn from them. @julieg1 I will also share and 🙏pray. I know it must be hard. My cousin has a baby that was born with hydrocephalus a touch of Down syndrome , dwarfism and he is 4 now spent his 1st 2 yrs of life in a children's hospital. He cannot talk and is Ina wheel chair full time with oxygen. He also has a shunt in both sides of his head to help drain the excess fluid from his little brain. My cousin also has 2 daughters that are 7yrs and 10yrs and she is doing it all on her own. I help out as much as I can with her and I would love 🌹💜💚💛to help share this for you May god bless.

@dreamadj Wow she has it much worse, that's why we don't complain, someone is always worse off. Brayden was in and out of hospital off and on, definitely hasn't endure what that little guy has. So sorry to see children suffer, does not seem fair for sure. She sure will need the support. My daughter has done it on her own also. Has a wonderful person in her life now, but Brayden's dad bailed at a year. My heart and prayers go out to your cousin and her family she sure needs them. Thank you for your support.

I wish you all the best of luck:) My daughter was special needs and she got very sick with pneumonia last year and past away she never got to use her brand new wheel chair it's still sitting in my garage wrapped:(..... Best of luck and hope your grandson gets his wheel chair..

Thank you.. I totally agree it hurts dearly especially watching them past right in your arms knowing you can't do anything:'( it was unknown , test after test but she could not see, walk, talk , and hear. She was physically and mentally delayed she was like a newborn .. At 3 months we found out that her brain never developed something damaged her development I was always told my baby was ok till I was 9 months pregnant but still then they told me she was gonna be ok... it was like a merry go round... she was only 4 pounds.. We really think it was caused by the condo we stayed in at the time we had no idea that it was positive for lead and underground mold issues.... She was such a blessing and taught me so much it amazed me how much you can love a child so much that can't show you love back but at 6 months I finally got a smile! Best day ever! All my love and affection paid off.. All they need is love and patients .... She's was 2 1/2 when she past I never thought I'd only have 2 yrs with her I would give anything just to hold her again.....

Oh Kim that is so sad. How awful if it was the lead, definitely possible. I can't even imagine what that was like for you. When Brayden was born he was 2lbs5oz born at 29 weeks. They didn't give him much hope, but like you're saying I'm sure it was the love you showed her that kept her going that long. The fight those little people have in them is simply amazing.
Brayden had that fight in him from day one. He kept having issues and I kept telling them something wasn't right. Like you they didn't listen. It wasn't until 8 months that they decided he had cerebral palsy.
You're so right that smile is all it takes. That's what is so special about Brayden he loves to smile and whatever it takes I try to make him, because you have such a good feeling when it happens. I can imagine that was the best day ever. My oldest brother died at age 20, my mom thought about him and what he might of been till the day she passed away.
Again I am so sorry you had to suffer that kind of loss. I will not be one of those that day time will heal and you'll get over it. I just hope for you the pain will ease and you can go forward. Much love and prayers being sent your way.

@julieg1 oh no how terrible!! That definitely wouldn't be Susan then. She is very close with her disabled grandson who bears the same now. She is in. TN right on the KY border so I wasn't sure if you were related. She lives and breathes for that boy. She was also burdened severely by the cost of a handicapped assistance van. It crippled her financially to try and make it happen. I admire your dedication to your grandson and I wish you lots of luck in raising the funds and pray God will bless you, and your gorgeous grandson!😘🙏

@65ds_do_it_btr Nicole, yes definitely not his dad's family gave up on Brayden shortly after he was diagnosed, Dad has never asked to see him or send him anything. Like I said LOOSERS, ha. That's ok though, I'm sure they would have been a problem and we have enough love for Brayden. It's ridiculous that funding isn't there for one of the most important necessities for family and disabled person. Oh well, we'll get it figured out someday. She is close though. We live 90 miles north of Louisville, this side of Cincinnati. Thanks for your kind thoughts.

Every year we choice a person who needs help & try to play secret Santa for them however secret keeping from her isn't easy 😂😂 She was vouching for me & trying to pay forward the help I gave her no worries dear😘

Jennifer gets frustrated with me as does my son, because I don't get it. (Until the 20th time off explaining, which by then they're ready to shoot me.ha) He's telling me I should make Brayden his own page and post it on my wall, but I thought that's what I did? Geese I'll get it eventually. I'm excited, even though it's not moving real fast right now, several donors we don't know them. That's amazing, so it is working. Tell them to chill out it takes time & to read success stories & how they happened to reach their goals and then some. It will not take off like a fire until people check out it is a legit cause. As a Special Ed teacher who has worked with many children with cerebral palsy, I have not only shared this listing & other listings of yours in hopes of you raising more money for your sweet grandson Brayden - but I shared your fundme page on my Facebook & Instagram. I'm friends & family of many compassionate people, but most importantly - those who serve children with the same disorder like I do. He's near & dear to my heart, and I'm sure my friends will agree. I work as a personal support worker to a 12 year old boy with autism. I've been with his family for a year & a half now. Being outside the classroom & in the real lives of the families has opened my eyes to the difficulties; emotionally & financially. It fulfills me to know I am able to take a load off of them when I'm there. Enough rambling! Just wanted to say that I plan to donate what I can on Friday - which is my pay day. I'll be in touch.

@shaymarks Shay OMG you're so sweet. What you do is awesome. Autism is a whole different thing. In some ways I think they have it so much worse. At least Brayden is always happy, autistic children have such difficulties dealing with sometimes everything. I have a little cousin that is autistic, her mom has a tough time. You know everybody has something and it's up to you to learn how to work with what you have. Brayden is 100% disabled but when he smiles at something so simple it reminds you how to take life different. Thank you so much for sharing Brayden's campaign. Please do not cut yourself short, that is not what we want, those that can give in whatever way possible is a gift. You sharing and spreading the word is a huge gift. Thank you so much. 😊💗👍💖

hi, my name is Amy. I cannot relate or even imagine what your family has been thru. I'm not able to.do.much as I have a rare, new form of muscular dystrophy, and I'm slow lol. But I can and WILL pray...with God's love, grace, and peace, He can lift them up and carry them...especially when we cant...and weren't made to. @everybreath oh he is, he's quite a character. Getting that can is A God send, he weighs 76lbs now we just couldn't do it anymore. I've ruined my hands and i don't know what damage my daughter had done to get back etc.
