carson5 How much did u have to exercise to get those results. Did u completely remove certain foods from ur diet?

obrien112 @carson5 I'll be honest...I hate exercising!! I try to make myself run on the treadmill for 20 min 3 times a week, but I frequently only do it once a week. I did try to eat healthier with fewer sweets, but the main change I made was drinking the water. I wouldn't let myself drink anything else all day until all my water was in. By that time it's usually after dinner & I might have something then.

obrien112 @carson5 if you give me your email, I'll send you some really good information about it! I'm really skeptical about "diet schemes" & I'm a nurse, so I'm always checking ingredients & looking for real research. My old high school friend's older sister is a dietician & I saw her talking about on Facebook over the past year. I never asked her about it until I saw her post a picture of herself wearing (and fitting) her old high school cheerleading uniform (from 1992). Those were results that I could actually see on someone I knew & that's what made me try it. She has actually quit working as a dietician & is now a plexus ambassador full time. I didn't do it to quit working & make money (I'm about to graduate with my master's in nurse anesthesia so I'm excited to work). I tried it to get in great shape & fit into my own old high school cheerleading uniform...which I can!!

obrien112 @ppanzarino it's not a meal replacement. There are several different products, but the main ones people start with are the "pink drink" also called plexus slim and the accelerator. These are supplements for weight loss and have had amazing results. There is also a probiotic, cleanse, multivitamin, and several others. Are you on Facebook? If you are then you should friend me & you can see all the amazing before & after photos that people share with me. If not, I can email you answers to any specific questions you have. Like I said in the email, I'm an RN with 2 masters degrees and the girl who got me started on this is a dietician with her masters degree. I would not recommend a product easily without doing my own research and I'm always skeptical of stuff like this!! If you are wanting to lose some weight or better your health, then you should give it a try.
