ashleylaur @cuo doesn't have much stretch. Zips on the side however it does have an adjustable tie on the back seen in the 4th picture. Bust seems to fit between 30-34" the back does adjust. The length from the strap to the end of the dress measures 37" long. Lmk if this information helps.
