@tmai28 yes it comes with the box, but I got this in 2011 so the box isn't perfect and yes it comes with the dust bag but the dust bag wasn't a bag, it was more like a rag. And no I don't have the receipt because I got it 3 years ago. The wallet is in perfect condition, I just never use it so I don't want it to collect dust since it's so beautiful.
