@vchacon2012 wish I could give my hubby credit for those pre hubby bags😀😀😀😀 lots of schooling and hard work.. I love Paris my favorite shopping place lets not forget Italy and Spain oh and of course NYC close 4th.. I live near Los Angeles.. I have lots of designer friends.. Gotta support.. You will find lots of item pre-store or pre production in my closet.. Some never produce just one for a show or celebrity. I'm still playing around which LV I'm letting go 😉😉😉.. I'm sure to tag you on my next brave attempt at cleaning my closet.. Thx for visiting my closet.. Plz come often

Sounds like you live a fabulous life--Spain, Italy, and France. Wonderful for you! I am glad all of your hard work paid off and you were able to treat yourself to some amazing items. I'm actually close to you. I'm from Bakersfield, but my life is not as glamorous. 😥Alas, no Hollywood friends or designer bags. I am a teacher at a small high school, but I love my job and my wonderful students. You bet I will check your closet often if for no other reason than to see how the other half lives. @vchacon2012 I love teachers.. I was making reference to the origin of the vintage handbags lol..Paris were the good old days.. I haven't been to Paris in over 10 yrs.. Those bags were from my hay days ☺️☺️☺️ we have a 10yrs old I'm a staying home mom now.. No glamour here lol.. Just lots of fashion/trunk shows SfA and trump plaza in NYC now.. Gotta save for the little one college

@onebouzin I love this bag. I bought this exact one 30 years ago in Neiman Marcus, before an LV store came to Boston. They look different now, don't they? Isn't the leather trim lighter? Mine was stolen. I miss it!! 😔

@rubydi oh sorry to hear that.. Did you leave it somewhere? Did your home insurance gave you replacement cost.? My grand mother and my great grandma lived in Paris (both native) when I visited them had to visit my uncle at the LV boutique.. We are an LV family.. I'm such an LV nut I can open my own store.. I was even considering practicing law in Paris instead of the US at one point so that I can get my LV fix faster..That's sad.. My uncle said each bag ages differently base on owners habit, time, which market they were made for, where/how they are stored when not in use and my case I have lots of samples that didn't even go into production. I see it to be true because I have some doubles and triples that look different.

@onebouzin Oh wow, that's so interesting! I used that bag everyday for abt 20 yrs until I bought another one. I don't think I had house ins at the time. I'm in a condo. I'll havta look at the yrs that I did. That would be nice if I was covered! My old roommate stole it. The kicker is, the zipper separated from the bag. If I had brought it in sooner it wouldn't have been in the house. Thanks for the info. You don't think I could do anything now.....years later, huh. I no longer have the inside ins anymore. I'll take the loss. I can save for another if I want. I believe in Karma. I just get sad when I see these bags! My favorite shape!

@onebouzin No, I didn't. It was a "he". I shoulda given her a beat down!!! I'm a city girl & you sound like one too!! Lol It's funny, cuz I always locked my bedroom door. He called me in work & asked if the phone guy could go in there for the wiring. He was getting a separate line. In my gut, I knew it was after that. You can unlock it w a butter knife! I threw him out before I knew it was missing. He, I mean she, (he'd prefer that) skipped town by now. He got jumped & robbed, so we're even, I guess. But who's gonna take a Louie w a broken zipper????

@rubydi your sweeeeeettt.. I haven't really work in over 12 yrs since I had gotten prego with the princess my boss.. Oh sorry the 3lbs yorkie is my first boss.. when I was about to go back to work I was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 then last year I had a bowel obstruction as a result of the chemo and the radiation I had back in 2011..I was in the hospital for 2 1/2 months was in a wheelchair from February till November last year.. Now I'm well I thank God for the healing each day I wake up.. Can't keep me home I'm so happy that I'm able to walk and eat.. I couldn't eat for four and a half months.. No one knows how I survived. I knew I had to make it I have Gods children to take care of that's including my fury ones lol

@onebouzin I actually have the one Marc Jacobs, don't carry it much, but it was a gift from my husband. I have invested in handbags and even more on shoes. My REAL love is cars! That's usually a guy thing but I've always loved cars. Waiting on my Porsche Panamera Executive Turbo. If one of our investments pans out, and it is so far, that's my next baby.
I love Brahmin! not as expensive as LV, but I can have more pieces. Don't close the box yet though.....Please.

@tamater I love cars too.. I had a dealership in PA I love cars so much.. I had a love affair with porches now I'm into trucks..
