ediza @rbillings2 I always use natural lighting. So best times of the day for me are morning or late afternoon. Harsh light is direct sunlight which can cause hash shadows (no bueno) so try to get in the shade outside so you are able to use the most lighting without the dark tones. My professor made a speech at our graduation and said "It's overcast today, which we all know our pictures will come out looking great!" Clouds are a natural diffuser so you get the light in all the right places, without the shadow!

julieg1 Hi Ediza I finally took some time out to read things in your closet. I went to your blog and read all the info. Wow, you are so right on, loved all of it. I got some great info and will be trying it out. I sure never thought of likening my own stuff, but makes sense. One thing I haven't been able to control is the shares. It seems like I am on there 24/7 sharing, which I like to do, but my daughter says I spend to much time on it. When I get in the closet I feel I need to share their whole closet. I feel like if I don't they will be upset or think I was being chincy. Maybe you could tell me, how I should do that. I also still don't know how to set up a way to tag certain people to share their closet on a regular basis. Like you come back to mine all the time. Thanks so much for all the info you are sharing with us. Oh yes, I'm one of those people that don't do face book. I just don't have time for another media outlook and don't really want to connect up with the past, or have something else to keep up with on a daily basis?

ediza @julieg1 to be perfectly honest, I just share from my feed all day long. There aren't any set closets that I choose, I share everything. To me, if I share a new closet it's getting my stuff more exposure rather than sticking to the same closets. I do however happen to stumble upon the same listings a lot, and I still share those. No worries, on the FB I was using that as a comparison!

ediza @julieg1 No, I always share my main feed. I'm not picky, you'll notice that you'll just be sharing all the same people because the same people share at certain times of the day.

mango7 Hi there --- thanks for your information regarding cover shots. Do you suggest that most photos be taken outside? If I was to take a picture from the computer with my camera, would taking it outside suffice too? I am finding it difficult with "haze" taking it inside. Please advise :))

leschen I just read your blogs about different tricks on photoshoot/styling/packaging and I have to say, girl, I learned a lot! So glad you share these to us and it's very useful! I personally wrapped my package with tissue paper and tie a small bow, and put a hand write thank you card because I think it would bring a nice customer experience! It proves that it works! A lot of my customers love getting the package and they are very happy & surprised when they open the box! Great posts, keep it up!

zippers @trendycutedeals I'm getting a matte super white backdrop. I love white. @ediza has a lot of good tips and a great blog. I have used some of her ideas and I JUST learned about fixing the white balance. Everything comes out blue.
