cubiclechic @semza9 im actually not sure what i did with the authenticity card.. i usually keep them in the bag. But i can show you the receipt probably (credit card transaction). I got the bag at a marc jacobs event at Nordstrom during christmas last year, thats how i got the huge round box with it (see second pic). I hope that helps? I also have the original tag i tore off.. see the last pic.
