lolos_couture @judydav So the "waist" is an empire waist, meaning, it hits right below the bust and above the waist slightly. It measures about 24.5 inches at the empire seam

lolos_couture @sstrom1 Hi Shannon, the dress is in superior condition, the only "flaw" is that when you zip it, the zipper likes to catch on the fabric. It's not broken, it just has to be Hell's tightly together when being zipped. Otherwise, an almost perfect condition, if not perfect. Also, the bust size doesn't matter so much, this is actually too snug on my blossom & might be nicer on a smaller bust! ❤Price negotiable & if you like many things & want a bundle, I'm happy to offer a great bundle price.
