svetkoss @katz2 @tdkbkt6 @mytherapy Ladies!! I need your help! I sold an two items to one lady. I did not know about bundling thing so she purchased two items separately. I asked the support center if she got charged for both items separately and they said she did. If she did, I did not get an email with a shipping label for the second item (which was a purse). So I used the label for the first item (jeans jacket), and packed both items in one box and shipped it. The buyer accepted and loved the jacket but was not completely satisfied with the purse. And it is totally my fault because I did not check it as thoroughly as I should have. It was my mom's vintage leather bag she purchased in Italy years ago. I checked everything about it BUT the zipper :((((( So the buyer told me that the zipper is kind of bad :( (it is so embarrassing to me because I would never send out something that is damaged). I apologized sincerely and proposed to her to send it back and reject her payment. I will repair the zipper and list it again and if she still wants it she can buy it again for the same price (NOTE: I dropped original price for her because she really loved it and I wanted the purse to go to a good home, since my mom loved it too). So repairs would be on me. She replied saying she will not be sending the purse back because it is expensive. So my question is: what to do? Do I get a return label and send it to her? I appreciate your assistance! Really need your help with this

mytherapy @svetkoss Hi Svetlana! If the buyer is upset, all she needs to do is, instead of accepting the item to release your payment, she should reject, and give the reason as defective or "item not as described". Then Posh will review, and most likely will issue a return shipping label to her by email. If she has already accepted the purchase, then I'm not sure how to handle that. This happens sometimes, as long as you aren't purposely sending damaged items then don't feel too badly- I recently received a damaged item and the seller acknowledged that and I was able to return hassle-free, I'm not upset at all ( except I really wanted the dress!😉) Let me know if you have any other questions! 💕💕💕😘

svetkoss @mytherapy ok... Think is complicated 😩 the lady doesn't speak English very well and doesn't understand it well either, I think 😩 but what I understood, was that she actually loves the bag and wants to keep it and repair it with Chinese. Another problem I have is my sold listing of this item shoes "USPS scan pending" :/ I never received a label for it and shipped it together with the jacket she purchased using the label I got for the jacket. What happens now? Will I get the payment since she wants to keep it?

svetkoss @mytherapy I just posted a picture of it. For some reason I could not tag you on it :/ so both items on the picture were shipped together. And yes, they both show as "sold" in my closet. She accepted the jacket and the funds for it were released to me but the purse is "pending usps scan" :/ She said she was keeping it but now I am confused, will the funds even get released to me for it? Or does it mean I never even shipped it? 😱 which, obviously is not the case.

katz2 @svetkoss @mytherapy Svetlana, sorry I was out at a Class Reunion & just arrived back home. This is very complicated. Until that other label is scanned by USPS and delivered by them, you will not get paid for the item. Since that cannot happen, you need to immediately contact Posh support and tell them exactly what happened. That you shipped both with one label. Explain in detail as much as possible. They are the only ones who can resolve this for you.

mytherapy I think the reason it's showing "pending" is bc the label for that item wasn't used. Email Posh support, explain what happened. Did she accept the bag too?

svetkoss @katz2 thank you for getting back to me on this. I wrote the support a couple times just asking about if my buyer was charged shipping fee for both items, because I did not receive a confirmation email with a shipping label on the purse. I wrote this am again, describing the whole situation in details. I'll let you, ladies, know what comes of it. Thanks for all your help!

svetkoss The purse issue was resolved, thank goodness. I wrote an email at length explaining what happened and attached pictures of our correspondence as proof that she does have the purse along with the jacket. Posh manually changed it's status to delivered and then I waited for it to be accepted by the buyer, which she finally did. Thanks for all your help, ladies!
