tk14125 @msrobin315 this dress does have a biti f stretch. The waistband is elastic and the top is a stretchy cotton material. I would say it fits a medium comfortably but also has stretch. Also, how about $11 for your three likes?

tk14125 @lhloveslula hi! The fabric is a 98% polyester and 2% spandex mix. The top is quite stretchy and the bottom skirt portion is heavier of a material with pockets but still stretchy. The length from the bottom of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt down the middle is 16 inches. Hope that helps! Lemme know if u have any other questions.
