michelleannette @closetenvy2 Hey Melissa, take the boots to a cobbler he can stretch them. Easily, to do it yourself. Get a wool sock get it soaking wet. Put a hot towel on the top, put your foot with the wet wool sock in the boot that is too small, put your other boot on and walk around until the boot stretches. You will know because your foot won't feel as tight. Not the most fun process, but works remember there is only 1 cm between sizes so this shouldn't take forever. I have used a Hairdryer to speed the process. Lol

closetenvy2 @kbeilmann No, since you hit the accept button, it can't go back. The only way they let you return something is if it's damaged or totally not the same product in the picture, but regardless, once you hit the accept button or don't open a dispute within 4 days, they don't allow it.

closetenvy2 @kbeilmann Yay! Thank u! I feel your pain. I just spent the last 4 hours posting new stuff. This is a 24/7 job. I'm seriously about to quit because our post office has lost the 2nd package in 2 weeks! They never scan it in. Here's the catch. They say they're not allowed to give a receipt unless money changes hands, so i have no proof I ever dropped it off. I guess I'm gonna have to start taking a pic of them holding each package. There's been times I've dropped off 15 packages at once. I bet they'll find a way to give me a receipt if I take their pics with each package and tell them it will be posted online!
