Look for my party on 7/21 and you share your items that fit the party theme to that party. When you get a Host pick to get put in the host picks section where everyone can shop the picks.

katjo I love this idea and have told Poshmark a few months ago this is how I'm choosing when I host again, straight from the party feed. It is how it always use to be done and I told Poshmark I think it will stimulate an increase in party sharing. The only downfall is you can't be sure your not choosing from a closet that's not following rules unless you check every pick before you share it and that takes time and why everyone preselects to ensure they aren't promoting a closet that accepts outside transactions or selling inspired items etc. I intend to choose from the party feed and do a check before sharing. Time may not allow 50 picks but I agree immensely that picks should be from listings shared to the party during the party.👍👍👍👍👍😃💗💗💗

hopesparkles Dear Tara, Congratulations! 🎉 I'd be so grateful for a HP! 🙏 I'm moving from MD to FL for medical reasons as I have 5 disabilities at only 41. Hubby already moved while I was having 9 surgeries from September - February all by myself. I really need to get things sold quick so I can live with hubby. I'm having a great 40% off sale. I have clear photos/descriptions. I'm a Fast Shipper/ship things < a day (.09). I follow all Posh rules. When I'm feeling well I try to network with Poshers like you & I 💗 to share/go on sharing binges. I don't know if you saw the little 'note' listing I posted towards the end of the party last night (or whether it so was a good idea to post it at all), but I'm wondering what time this party will be? It won't matter too much if it's a night party (you'll see what I mean if you read my note-which I need to re-write more clearly), since I'm 'allowed' lol to share items to the late night parties; but what would be the icing on the cake in that regard would be if we could know the party themes a couple of extra days in advance. I'm not complaining- I'm glad to be invited at all. I just haven't figured out how to list all the items I have to list for a party quickly enough.😥😁 Kudos and many thanks to you, @tlburrier! I've always wondered why host picks were made before the parties, because how can you really have a good chance of getting a host pick for an item you list- usually in a frenzy right before the party starts- when the party theme was announced just a day or so before? One would have to have psychic powers to anticipate what the party themes would be three weeks in the future in order to post items relevant to the themes w/ hopes of getting a host pick- which would be especially useful when the parties are designer specific. This way our efforts to post theme-related items in time for a party will be rewarded, so to speak, because we'll have a better chance of getting a host pick for that party. I think it's BRILLIANT and it's going to make the parties even more fun as more items will be posted and, subsequently, sales will go up. Thank you so much for choosing your host picks this way! I can't wait for your party!😊🎈🎉 🎈

When you "share" items to the party A LOT more people see that item because thousands attend the parties. It's a great way to get noticed and gain sales and followers. When a host shares your item to that party , then it's called a Host Pick which then gets highlighted in that party. Please share some Boho items Monday night so I can choose one for a Host Pick. jbw571 Oddly I came home from work today & my husband pulled up 90 things you didn't know about Lost! One was that Sawyer was written totally different until MR BEAUTIFUL himself walked through the door & forgot a line when reading, got pissed, casting directors loved it & BAM he was hired for all of us to drool over!!! 😍😍😍 Okay, probably way too much info for Poshmark.
