Ok who doesn't like bread and cheese??? Certainly not my family😊 including my one year old. Ladies this is simple and I hav it in my freezer and even bake it for my guests with some nice hot tea, or simply a delicious and fast snack when u hav nothing else!

miami_wife Ok who doesn't like bread and cheese??? Certainly not my family😊 including my one year old. Ladies this is simple and I hav it in my freezer and even bake it for my guests with some nice hot tea, or simply a delicious and fast snack when u hav nothing else! First we need dough sheets, eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese & Greek feta crumbles. Leave the dough out of the fridge so it's soft and than cut it into squares, size would be about 4x4 and than open it up a lil with the roller so it's a size of a DVD case. Than in a bowl mix a one lb pack of shredded mozzarella with half a pound feta and two eggs to make it stuck together while baking. Take ur dough and place a table spoon full of cheese in the middle than fold it into a triangle and press the edges to stick together. Than place them on a non sticky pan, or simply spray a non stuck cooking spray. Than break an egg and place only the yolk in a cup and mix it with a brush than nicely spread it over ur ready made triangle doughs in ur pan, this is to make it look gold shiny and crispy after it bakes, u can also put some oil instead of eggs. Preheat ur oven to 400 degrees and place god pan inside on the middle or lower shelf. Leave it inside for 15-20 minutes or simply when they look golden and edible!!! Now all that's left to do is enjoy it!!! Bon appetite!!! 😘🌺

miami_wife @hayleesherrie it's amazingly delicious and the only reason I mix em together is bcuz feta doesn't melt and it's salty so feel free to replace it with anything else
