chic007 @sweet_hatttrick So far the only sizes I have been offered are the ones above. The waist is elastic and will stretch. I am getting my first 2 this coming week. I ordered one in each size so that I can check them out before I officially offer them for sale. Would you like me to let you know when I figure out the stretched waist measurement? You can see the length above, so I would figure out where you want it to sit on your waist and get the measurements there. My other skirts stretch to about 33/34 inches.

chic007 @kaitlyn_hahn it only comes in M and L, but based on the waist size and it being elastic I think it'd fit a small easily. My mannequin is a small medium. Right now I only have the blue in medium. I wanted to check the quality before I ordered more

chic007 @sweet_hatttrick Hello! I just received 2 of this skirt. a Large Pink and a Medium Blue. I have posted picture and also new listings. As you can see they are not quite as fluffy, but the color is great. After measuring I would say the waistband will stretch to about 36 inches, but would be most comfortable between 32 and 35 inches. Hope that helps.

chic007 @emocorley I think that might be a possibility. I didn't take the pictures in the 4th picture, those are from the store. My pictures are the first 3. If you look at the top picture you can see. There is a blue one alone that I fluffed up. There is the pink one on the right that I didn't fluff and in the middle I layered the blue and pink together. This skirt is only 3 layers plus lining. I can tag you in my listing for a 5 layered tulle skirt as well
