Hey, guys! I haven't been on much over the last month due to working on ME! I am so focused on my new lifestyle & fitness program (I also signed to be a coach if anyone is interested!), it has taken over a big part of my life. I'm excited to say I lost 15 pounds in just 2mth and 16" all over my body! I've been part of a challenge group on Facebook that has taken a lot of my time. ANYWAYS- I'm BAAACK! And I drink Shakeology which is a great nutritious drink that aides with weight loss but also gives you energy and all the nutrients your body is lacking! It's really awesome! I feel 100X better than I did a month ago!

I think that because of our similar height and body type that you could almost be like a personal stylist. Lol I'm currently between a 16 and a 14. staceylagirl Nice girl @ashley1985 im a big time gym rat my whole life don't forget to hit the weights , girls worry they will bulk up , u won't believe me. Ive been lifting, running & jumping rope my whole life and im not bulky, and i train big time. More muscle more u can eat and still burn calories - ok thats my tip of the day 😊 your looking good! fuzzynavel @ashley1985 yes we are!! I just did the old school P90x yoga. Over an hour and it was still going! I had to stop to get ready for work! But it was what I needed!! Jogging is awesome. You will become so strong mentally and physically from all this! "Dig Deeper"! We should form a BB club on here and all meet up in the chat rooms!

I used to be a personal trainer and spin instructor and hard times made me fall into a rut and loose focus and gain weight, hence what brought me here, to sell my clothes to make room for a bigger size to fit my new bigger body. crazyw5 I live in Michigan and guess where my husbands job want to send him for a year, Little Rock, I'm freaking 😳😳 we have never been apart for more the a week in 25 years anyways you came to mind, thought that was where you lived, are you near Little Rock, know anything about the city? Any bad parts etc. like Detroit most everywhere is bad lol. Won't know for sure for 2-4 weeks but its looking like it going to happen. 😓😢

ashley1985 @crazyw5 @crazyw5 Oh no :-( How long will he have to be in Little Rock? I live about an hour south of Little Rock. We go ever so often. They have great shopping there and of course the large Children's Hospital. Only thing I don't care much for is the traffic going to Little Rock and inside Little Rock. It is a very large city that divides up into North Little Rock, South Little Rock, East Little Rock, and West Little Rock. I have no sense of direction even with GPS but I'm guessing your hubby is good if he travels. Traffic is horrendous but if you guys are used to that, I shouldn't be a huge problem. There ARE definitely better areas than others. I personally would never live there. Since it's a bigger city (our Capital), there's a lot of room for the wrong people. I am sure your husband will be fine but hate that you guys will have such a distance between you 😥

crazyw5 He works as a inspector for an engineering firm and there is a big project going on down there. in Michigan we have frost laws which come December all work stops and he would be laid off , But down their work continue all year. this must be a big Highway project I would imagine since it's lasting a year. We actually live in a small country town but he works in Detroit which is about a half hour north from us. He's is used to big-city traffic I hate it. Financially it's almost a must because it's guaranteed work for a year where here you don't know what next spring brings. we have three kids that will be in college by next fall and the youngest will be a junior in high school, Only one has made it through college and graduated. We couldn't help our oldest at all financially with college and would like to do at least something for the next four. I cannot work out of the house because of medical issues so I sell here and another site where I sell vintage items and mens. Anyways I'm devastated by this, They will send him home for special occasions holidays etc. And I'm sure I'll make it down there a couple times but It's a 13 hours drive time from here. And a YEAR!!! It's a good opportunity but such a sacrifice. Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself we will know for sure in 2 to 4 weeks but it's really looking like it's going to happen. 😢😓😢😓😢😓 sorry so long Ashley.
