shop2udrop99 that sucks! that's why im so scared to sell or trade on here! I only buy. but that bad part is I see it happening so much on here. and unfortunately posh or the cops wont do anything about it because they pay for shipping, so technically they hit buy it on the listing. do you have the address? if so try sending a letter like bill collectors do and maybe they will take it more serious. You should try vinted, its just like posh but they take less commission and there isn't all the scamming.

I cant find her profile. but if you look at the other scammer postings those people have had to take a loss too on their items. :( its ashame that people are so rude! but i hope you understand what im saying to you, im not trying to be rude but with the whole poshmark $3 low thing its like theyre actually paying for the items and shipping, i was going to tell her off for you but i cant find the profile. And I hope you consider vinted, if so let me know and I have a referral code you can use! Please let me know :)

dreshymia17 @shop2udrop99 actually there is something i can do my brother and uncle are detectives in my city, i can have her charged with mail fraud, its a felony, and i know someone on my vinted that did it too, its just most cops dont care to do it, lucky me i have family that will, i emailed her and gave her to,the end of,the week to,send my things or the bag, then im going thru with it

shop2udrop99 Well did she pay for shipping on here? Because if she did then technically she has bought it. So then it would never hold up in court then she would have a lawsuit. Personally I don't think it's worth all the hassle I would just take this as a lesson to not trade because posh doesn't support trades anyways. but good luck I wish you the best. What's her name because I can't find the closet here but I will try to find by name? Also what's the lowest price for pink dress

dreshymia17 It wouldnt hold up in court for her because i have copys of the conversation of her saying she wanted to trade the bag for my things, which is a legal agreement all i need is it in writing and i have that, my brother is a detective i already went through all this with him and my uncle, but im not,worried about it its , gonna be her problem soon, @shop2udrop99

shop2udrop99 Still people can put anything in there headlines and stuff if you actually accepted more money for it then shipping cost it's actually a purchase to posh. The person on vinted did this work out for you? I'm just trying to help you legally not get yourself in trouble. And technically your brother and uncle won't be able to handle the case because they are family. But it's not my business. If you still have the dress When I get paid Friday I'm interested in buying it. Good condition?

miataylor1974 Wow I''m really glad I came across this article cause I do trade alot on here! Have to say its very scary and its a risk Question is are we willing to take that risk to obtain the item we want??
