It looks like I chose the wrong one because she told me that my label was paid for 5$ and the medium box was 12$... The labels we print identify the boxes we can choose? sophiecarmel oh and @txilbrin - hi! sounds like you used a flat-rate box instead of a regular priority box. make sure to read the packaging carefully - my post office doesn't have any regular priority boxes, just flat rate ones, so I usually use either the priority envelope or my own brown cardboard boxes. more info here: https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm
