Gorgeous BEBE 2-layer structural dress sz XS in ballet pink "Rose Dust". Beyoncé wants this one! The same tone back zipper is a joy! Shell is rayon/nylon/spandex. Flowy 3/4 outer skirt is polyester but floats like silk. Modern meets Cinderella. Mesh semi circle side panels at waist. A couple uber minor flaws (hidden minuscule pull of shell fabric at shell skirt, tiny pink spot on outer skirt, tiny tiny pull in outer skirt: but none viewable unless looking with fine toothed comb.) lots of life!

...neck to hem of body of dress is 30". Waist to hem is 17". In the back, the flouncy outer skirt, lowest part of hi/low hem is 27" from waist. Hope that helps

@lauraa_believe there is a wee bit of stretch... Don't expect a TON if wiggle room, but there is spandex in the mix, so it will fit one's curves, and not be a complete wiggle fest to get into. The zipper is also a dream and a good help.

Are the shoulder pads still intact as they should be?
I bought this dress from another and she clearly washed it and destroyed them to where they are bunched up improperly.

@fitproliane hi- just checked them. Since this was purchased 2nd hand, I cannot be sure of the difference between brand new and now, but both shoulder pads seem to be in the proper shape and texture. Maybe not 100 percent like it came out the store, but well kept. Certainly not mis-shapen or scrunched. Does the intended job.
