mollydolly Hi Kiki!! Just wanted to let you know something I have experienced in the past. I used to order all different type of shipping boxes, medium flat rate, regional rate a and b like you're showing above, and then at some point I realized how several of my packages were getting lost, or returned to me! I contacted posh and they told me that anything with "rate" in it cannot be shipped since those are special priced boxes. So you can only use the regular priority mail boxes and envelopes- and should try to keep away from these flat rate boxes- saved me a LOT of trouble!!! Just a tip! :) happy holidays!!!

mskeeks @mollydolly hey Sharon! happy holidays to you as well! :) thanks for the tips - I've also had similar issues with flat rate boxes in the past so I've mentioned that above as well. yes, they usually come back or incur overage charges .. once in a while you may get lucky but it's not even worth the risk :) xo

cci Hi @mskeeks & @mollydolly! Have either of you had any problems using the flat rate padded envelopes? Or should I just rule those out completely?

mollydolly @cci padded flat rate are not good to ship, what I do is wrap it in that envelope and then put it in the tyvek envelopes

mskeeks @cci hey there! I've actually never had any issues with the padded flat rates and actually makes sure I always have them on stock because they are very useful. maybe it depends on your local distribution center - if they are very strict it could get sent back :)

mskeeks @carnevalek wow. you are totally right! the updated app does not have the "order supply" button :( You should be able to still order them on usps.com for free .. I wonder why they took the feature away from the app...

Congrats on making your first sale! 👏🎉 it was actually recently brought to my attention the "order supplies" function is no longer avail on the usps app so you will have to order them from usps.com. As for the padded manilla envelopes - yes! in fact, you can use any box/envelope, just adhere the label to it and make sure it's within the given weight limit. If you are going to use the usps boxes just makes sure they don't say "flat rate" on it :) hope that helps! xx

mskeeks @latinamommy1 if you are looking at the site on your phone it will only mimick the app. Make sure you scroll down and VIEW FULL SITE or do it from a desktop :)
