motherskiss @laurenbird I got a low rating for delayed shipment by a lady who accepted and rated the package BEFORE it was even delivered. I have no idea how that was possible but it happened. An hour later after she rated it the package was delivered. The post office apologized to her bc the package got lost for a couple of days. We both contacted Customer support to try to get the rating deleted but was told it was impossible.

laurenbird Wow I've never heard of that. Once I printed the wrong label and that person was kind enough to ship them to the right buyer. I had sent numerous comments explaining and apologizing with no response then got 4 or five and "shipped it late" comment. Theres only so much you can do sometimes wether you make a mistake or do everything right. Very cool closet by the way, just got done checking it out.

motherskiss @laurenbird I don't think @dallize read your comments :). I have had that shipping mix up happen 3 times where the package is marked delivered by the post office when it wasn't. I always mail off at UPS stores bc of that. Love your closet also!!

laurenbird Lately I've been having delayed updates, like saying it hasnt been shipped until a day or two after I ship it. I actually just got done assuring someone I had shipped her order already. I usually suggest checking usps.com, its more up to date.

girlrandi @motherskiss I'd like to say I am a five star closet only I had one customer that gave me one star...my feeling were hurt because I strive to meet everyone's needs as my description are on point! THIS is why I believe she gave me one star ...because I made a mistake and shipped her idem to one of my best repeat customers THANK GOD... When @astidam alerted me, I then did a fallow up with the customer. I thought at first @astidam sent them back too me so I told the one star person due to the trouble once the box arrived I would put the other idem we had talked about free of charge for her troubles ... She said " Oh you don't have to do that Me: No It's a must! Meanwhile My DOLL of a customer @astidam let me know she had mailed it to the person it was intended for. I alerted the person letting her know it wasn't coming to my address it was mailed to her. She received her find that next morning. I never got a response on my last post... I guess the Morel to the story is she didn't get a free idem.... The box was only one day late! THANKS TO HONEST WEMON LIKE @ASTIDAM!!!!! She's my Posh Angle! So hopefully It doesn't effect me much and can recover ..... Karma is such a thing! R

motherskiss With every package I send off I leave a very nice handwritten thank you card that suggests if there is ANY problem with the purchase they should contact me before accepting the package or rating it. It clears up a lot of misunderstandings before things get ugly :) @danaloo

motherskiss Well, they do go through your closet with a fine tooth comb as well as ALL your transactions so it's not that easy to get. As far as becoming a host its pretty much the same thing, once they deem your closet ok they put you on a waiting list for several weeks then they decide whether or not to make you a host. I'm not a host yet, but if I ever become one I am going to be a fair one! There are over a million ladies on Posh, so yeah you have to make yourself known! Lol @gwperry

I ended up taking back and refunding and she changed her rating but I lost a lot of money. The system is unfair. Buyers can say anything!! 😁💓💓💓

Thats amazing that your already at 4k the rate your going I wouldn't be surprised if your there by the end of this year better yet in a few months =)! Yes a mannequin is an amazing addition to style with =)! If you go to hobby lobby you can use a 40% coupon if you saw one you like there =)! If not there if you have the app (retailmenot) you can search to see if whichever store you go to that sales one has any coupons available to use =)!

poshlove78 I today lost my perfect.....well 4.9⭐ to a woman who gave me 3 ⭐'s because she is new and did not know how to communicate to me what color boot sock she wanted. I'm now out of this club. People don't realize how important ratings are. Once it was figured out she received same day shipping, a free gift, and it was wrapped as beautifully as a 1 handed woman can do.
