This post is dedicated to the ladies of Poshmark that make it a great place to buy and sell! As I approach 10,000 followers I want to thank you so much for your help, words of wisdom and guidance as well as sharing my closet! You ladies rock! poshinistajen @jasminjewels Welcome to Poshmark! Yes there are a ton of tips and tricks to get started. Be sure you read though the HELP area that Poshmark put together as it has lots of great info on making your first sale! Then work on getting as many followers as you can. I suggest following everyone. They usually follow back! You want to build up your followers at the same time as your closet. I will tag you on another post with some more tips!

poshinistajen @msgatrgal Thank you so much! I take the photos with a white background - in this case window blinds or a door. I use a bright halogen type garage light. Then save the photos on my phone in a special folder. I use a program called PhotoGrid to size and combine the photos and logos as well as adjust the brightness and contrast so they pop. I grab the brand logos from the web. 😊 Hope this helps! Presentation really is everything when selling!

poshinistajen @msgatrgal Ah! It's easy! Well kind of. You have to make sure everything in your closet is compliant, have good photos and just ask the party hosts to take a look for possible host picks. It is good to mention that you have never had a HP and also that you follow the rules. Party hosts are supposed to find A. New closets/new poshers and B. Poshers who have never had a host pick.

poshinistajen @msgatrgal But with 2 million users that can be daunting. The hosts can pick up to 100 items to feature during their party but the closets need to have ten items or more, be compliant and fit the theme.

I've bought from a few sellers who never bothered to send the item and had to cancel the order, or it takes weeks to receive. It is unfortunate... I am always happy to find new sellers with great closets like yours!

poshinistajen @sandrad1963 Hi there! Welcome to Posh! The bundle feature is kind of similar to liking an item. It will remain available until it is actually sold. So many people can have one of your items in a bundle of their own and it will still be available to purchase until it is sold. Some people choose to "like" an item and some just add to bundle to keep track of things to purchase in the future.
