Summer halter dress

This royal blue halter dress with a tie back, lined with a slip, probably hits just above the knee on most women. Keep in mind i am 5' tall. Never worn, but washed once. With the tie waist and halter neck,it's pretty adjustable, probably fits 00 to 4.
