Floor length royal blue dress

Floor length dress was wore two times. Once as a guess at a wedding and then again on a casino cruise. I am 5'7" and it sits right above the ground when I wore a pair of sandals. The back ties around your neck making a gorgeous key hole design in the back. There is a small frey on the top as pictured. Barley noticeable. But easily fixed!
