fatlola Hello! I'm having issues with uploading photos. The photos don't center and adds that horrible black bar at the top and bottom of the photo. Even when I try to enlarge to hopefully cut off the bars and use up the entire square, it still happens. I'm having to use really small pictures and enlarge them a lot for cover photos. It ruins the pixelation. When I can't do this, I have to settle for the bars at the top and bottom of the photo. I know this was an issue in the past, looks like it's resurfaced. I have the latest version update and am using a iPhone 5s.

themissnixon @fatlola hi girl! I had that issue and downloaded an app called afterlight and it gets rid of the black bars and can center EVERYHING perfectly! Also is free! Hope this helps at all!

Purchases made with offers cannot be cancelled due to accidental purchase." I am NOT clicking on accidental purchase I am using Order is delayed. I have sent 12 emails and no one will help me. I keep getting the same response from your incompetent team. I have spent a LOT of money with your company and I will not do any more business with you until you fix this. I do not want either of these orders now. This is stealing someone's money. This is what I am getting from your company and it is not working. I am getting errors when I try this. We apologize for the delay in shipment of your Poshmark purchase “ON SALE Dooney & Bourke purse”. We contacted the seller about the order but they have not responded. Because it has been over 7 days since your purchase, you now have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order, please go to your account in the Poshmark app or Poshmark.com. Click on "Orders", then "My Purchases" and then your order. Click "Problems / Order Inquiry" and follow the instructions. If you don't want to cancel, we suggest that you ask the seller for a timing update by commenting on the listing

dawniee1980 @chaobella all I could do was keep emailing pm. They kept telling me to go cancel the order. I finally posted a nasty comment on their Facebook page AND messaged them on Facebook and got some action finally. It was terrible. I will not buy from @pm_editor again until they fix this feature. I have literally spent thousands of dollars on postmark in 2 months. Not anymore.

I always included my order number and copies and pasted my plea for help everywhere. I had a total of $200 for 3 of 16 purchase I made tied up. I was pissed so I didn't let up. I also posted the same thing on every item my sellers had listed. I went off. I hate so many are experiencing this. @pm_editor you need to do something about this!! You all should have tried the system before going public with the "make an offer" feature.

r03 This is great when I read about it but when it's all said and done, the reality of it has just been very negative for me. People are not making any reasonable offers and like to low ball. It's actually pretty rude to ask a seller for more than 50% off their asking price and with this new tool, all you're able to do is decline and I wish to just tell them how offended I feel by their offers.

ayankoya Hello there hope you're doing well love the offer feature however I noticed a lot of people lowballing when the using offer feature where-they wouldn't do it in the listing in that everyone knows who they are ~ #blast~the reason why i am tagging you here is that I was wondering if we can create a new feature whereby we could duplicate our listing often times I have two or three of the same thing to sell and instead of inputting everything all over(time consuming for the working woman) if I could duplicate the listing by pressing a key ~and then perhaps just change the size and tweak the description if necessary~ please let me know what you think thank you for your time...

carriedaway02 I think you should be able to counter offer what you want and not what you make guidelines for. I would like to counter what I want on my sales; not your percentage guidelines, since I was closer to persons offer and couldn't accept it then I had to decline it. Poshmark cost me a sale and my customer a counter/ Because I declined, she blocked me. Terrible idea but I do love the make offer button but we should be able to counter whatever we want????

salrae Hi, maybe you can help me. I made an offer on a pair jeans and the seller accepted. The problem is she had advertised free shipping for an hour. But when I checked out I was charged $4.99 for shipping. I asked the seller about it and she said she had no control over it and that getting my jeans for that price was a good deal. The question is why was I charged shipping, not what a good deal I got! Help!

stylesbysandy I dont like that you cannot contact the seller without it being on the comments so all your competition see what you are willing to put for a Best Offer, etc. Also, I had sent or made an offer, and the seller didnt even recognize or answer my questions, comments and/or offer. Still trying to figure this website out.
