Ice Blue Aqua Short Formal Dress - Frozen esq

This iced Aqua Blue dress has glittery sparkles on a chiffon overlay. It is strapless but has two matching blue stars that can be used. The dress has a ruched satin waist with a corset back and a side zipper. It is beautiful in person! Could be used as a great Elsa costume showing a little leg. Displayed in size 6 mannequin.
