zafgolf what exact color is this wallet? do you have the box, receipt and or dust bag? I assume it is authentic, I just want to make sure. The stains, can they be cleaned if taken into a Louis Vuitton store? Are you willing to go down in price? if so, by how much. I'm definitely interested in purchasing this wallet from you.

mmccauley @zafgolf price is firm on posh- slightly lower direct pay. It is authentic, I don't have receipt or box (was actually purchased from another posher in this condition)- but I do have dustbag. It has been taken into the LV store for recommendations on cleaning & they don't advise anything be used on it. I've heard & read that hairspray will remove stains from the Vernis leather- but I have never tried it.

zafgolf Louis Vuitton authenticated it? And that's a bummer with the stains, it's my only concern about the wallet. You wouldn't be able to go any lower, not extremely lower but slightly, say 75 or 100 lower?

mmccauley @zafgolf honestly no, sorry. I have $400 in it & carried it very little b/c I too thought I could get stains out by taking it in. I'm nervous to put anything on it for fear making it worse so just trying to recoup some of my loss. They sell on eBay for more than this- even with stains. Plus never know if they are real or not :/

mmccauley @zafgolf completely understand- I was same way. I have several I have purchased myself from LV and they all end up with tiny transfer stains, even the darker colors & I'm very careful with my bags so I didn't want to spend more on the lighter color. If the stains weren't there it would be much more than $400 & I Prob wouldn't be selling it :)
