This person purchase a large bundle and and when shipped the package they cancelled the order. I thought poshmark doesn't allow cancelling order after three hours. I did wait until 5hours to ship but I guess that does matter. Please share to keep this bad Apple off poshmark and make it a safe place to sell NOTE TO THIS PERSON: YOU WON'T BE GETTING THIS PACKAGE, OLE CRIMINAL!

I received the email from posh saying they canceled the order which I thought was strange but the P.O was closed and it was sent overnight so I'm not sure how this will work out. I tried to call the post office but they're not open yet and posh still hasn't responded. I'm so worried it's $525.00 worth of new stuff plus I had to pay the extra $35.00 to ship overnight! I'm not willing to take that much of a lost.

ndiangecloset @215posher I know :( they cancelled my order right after I posted a copy of the receipt that it was shipped. I found it odd. Then I knew something was up when the pic changed. Don't wait for Posh!! You gotta go asap to Post Office. I found out about you because I looked thru their followers :( I couldn't sleep I was so mad. My sale was only 20... but it would be free to them ...and they'd have my address...Couldn't let it go. Also look on the usps website...

Unfortunately I went as soon as they were closing so it was too late to stop. I wish Posh would've contacted me last night so I would've none for sure so I could've called the 800#...Hopefully it all works out! This has happened to me before but the p.o was still open so I was able to stop it from going out. I'm really worried that they won't be able to stop it because it was sent overnight😤😤😤😤

ndiangecloset @215posher no worries lady ...one way or the other you best believe it'll work out. God don't like ugly! What they think they're taking God will replace. I know it's a hassle but you have to speak with someone in the post office face to face as soon as they open. Unfortunately you may have to pay... but show them your proof and explain the situation. Keep me posted.. sorry u going through this :(

fashion_fever21 Omg that's crazy these people are so dishonest...I'm was on it like white on rice and at 12:15am I went on the usps website and fill out a interception form and paid $22 and it should be coming back to me. I would have been on my way from ohio to Atlanta to receive my package. I will no on be more careful and I will follow my first mind because I was a bit septic and that's why I waited until 5hrs to ship but as I said before waiting that 3hrs does help. This order was cancelled at 10hrs after purchase. I'm just glad I caught it quick enough.

thedenimbar @fashion_fever21 I'm going out of my mind. I've been on the phone since 8am trying to get this package intercepted. While I was on the phone I was online creating an account with usps and I filled out the interception form which it said I qualified for and I made the pmt and everything thinking I'd be good....only to find out they still sent the package out for delivery😤😤😤😤😤😤 the clerk Mrs Jones said they only check the system at 5am so they didn't see it since I didn't do it until 8am. So she said she called the carrier and got her voicemail so she'd call me back once she speaks to her. I'm so afraid she might get my package. I'm about to call her local police district to see if they can intercept it and arrest this person. I'm filing a fraud complaint with any and everyone. Do you know when I called them at 8am before they even received the package, I told the guy I was trying to intercept a package he placed me on hold for a whole hour and never returned. ..I actually held on because I filling out the interception request and he still never came back and I even kept waiting until I decided to call my local P.O again.... ugggghhhh I'm going so crazy!!!! I won't accept taking this kind of loss. Worst come to worse I expect Posh to reimburse me. I can't believe they keep letting people cancel orders after 3hrs which in their guidelines it says you can't cancel after 3hrs..... especially after someone already shipped!!!!! I just can't take such a big loss😩😭😮 I'm hoping if the worst case scenario happens Posh will reimburse me...I Pray Posh Protect works for sellers as well. I guess I'll have to find out😤😤😤😤

fashion_fever21 Send the email you got from usps to support@poshmark.com so the can see that you tried to get your package back. I honestly feel your pain. Yesterday my mind was all over the place because I couldn't believe that this could have actually happened after took the time to wait 3hrs to protect myself from being scammed. I would call the local police department in Atlanta and file a complaint because it's over $500 so that's not considered petty cash.

The old me would have took a trip to Atlanta and meet them their but the new me just followed the proper precautions to make sure I'll be able to get my package back. fashion_fever21 Yes I feel very bad for her. I hope poshmark reimburses her...that's a lot of money to just forget about. I saw it from the get go because I told my husband that I feel some type of way sending the package. When I told him about them canceling he tOld me he almost didn't send it. Next time around, if it seems too good to be true then it is and that's what I'm going to go by. Posh should have buyer use through PalBecause at lease we'll know our money is secured and if they do decide to cancel Pal will still get us our money

I believe I was able to intercept the package from the scammer @edmondrachel hopefully I'll be able to find out for sure tmrw....A woman named Mrs Jones at @edmondrachel local P.O said they were able to stop the carrier from delivering it. I can't believe it was even out for delivery when I paid for the interception at least an hour before her local P.O even received the package.... They gave me such a hard time I believe someone there might have been in on it. I had to threaten them with police action against the P.O before they seemed to try to help. When I first called a guy answered the phone and I told him I was calling to intercept a package he just said hold without asking for any info and how about he never came back on the phone...I stayed on hold for over an hour while I was online creating the interception. ...I actually forgot I was on hold because I called using my cell phone and it was on speaker sitting on my bed while I was using my tablet to create the account with the Usps so I could do the interception. I was so upset when I realized that guy could've been listening to the conversation I was having with my fiancé about the whole problem. I actually wonder if that was the guy in the new photo on the page. I was just so scared and worried the whole time...no one seemed to want to help...I even called her police district in college park GA and they told me I had the wrong district when they answered the phone saying college park district. ...smh but it was so funny because I called her police district on the 3 way with the Post Office so they knew I meant business. .long story short this went on practically the whole day and no one ever called me back like they said. I had to keep calling back until finally a woman said the package was on it's way back to their office. ..but it was said with an attitude and she didn't want to help any further it was like pulling teeth. So actually I won't be satisfied until I receive the package back...plus I didn't get confirmation from the Post Office that it was intercepted. But I can say it definitely don't say it was delivered to @edmondrachel so I feel okay about it right now. I was so stressed I fell asleep after they told me the package was on it's way back to their office. Luckily I always take video and pictures before I ship any order in case someone tries to scam me. I won't be satisfied until I file a police report against @edmondrachel and persue it to the fullest extent of the law and I'm refunded all the money I had to pay shipping and intercepting this package. I'm really upset about all the stress I had to go through and will go through until I get my package back. I think this is a sign that I'm supposed to keep those items for myself which I was actually thinking about doing. I just haven't found the time to use them😯 Btw have either of you ladies gotten confirmation that your packages were intercepted? I pray this person never receives anything from either of us. Btw I still haven't received a response from PM which is troubling in itself. I'll definitely keep you ladies up to date with any progress. Thanks again for all the help from you ladies. I still wasn't sure I was being scammed until I received the info from you ladies and it's crazy because I was hoping someone would see my post and let me know if it was a scam. Thanks so much!!!!

After you mentioned how the people at the post office was acting...i starting thinking maybe they were in on it too....how were moving it so fast :( Yes it's a good sign no one signed for it. My package haven't left Jersey so that's a good thing - it shows its out for delivery so hopefully that means it's coming back here! You ladies know what I realized too?..is that I won't be posting receipts as proof I sent packages...for now on they are going to have to wait until Posh notifies them that the package was sent. I'm upset Posh didn't pick up on this from either of us. C ' mon the same buyer cancels from 3 people the same day within hours and only after the packages were in confirmed to be in transit. The flag should have went up. Anyways God bless. ...what a trip - but it'll work out in Our favor.

So far this has been a horror story for me...I don't even want to sell anything until I receive my package or refunded the amount I was due to receive This has been so hard for me to deal with and now USPS are saying my package is lost. And they don't seem like they want to help me...I've been on the phone with them practically everyday all day since this has happened. I've spoken to posh and they said if I don't receive the package by Wednesday contact them again which I just did so we'll see but I feel like I'm suffocating. It could've been almost anything else in that package that wouldn't have mattered but it was all new and recently purchased items. I hope you ladies had better luck than me. Btw I received an email stating it was intercepted and I would receive the next day. ..the crazy thing is I never believed it and look what happened.

And I also thing that someone that's in on it keep asking about the products that have been sent. Fortunately I already knew about that scam and alerted the bank it was supposed to be wrote on. But these scammers r hateful n usually quick. Check was sent to be delivered at 10 am n By that afternoon the # they had contacted me w was disconected, I guess since I questioned about the extra $ when he cintacted me about meeting to get car.

primoleone I sold a pair of Adidas Yeezys full price, $450 on jan 28. after getting the sale confirmation email, I get an immediate email from poshmark indicating the shipping address changed. so I used the updated shipping label and attached it to the package. shortly after I dropped it off at the post office. a few hours later I get an email from posh saying my order was cancelled because of an unverified payment method and shipping address.

I shipped on Monday a bundle worth 350$. Tuesday poshmark cancels the order... after more than 24 hours of the merchandise being on the way to the buyer on USPS... poshmark doesn’t respond on my emails and the box is about to be delivered today... I don’t know what to do... afraid to sell stuff here ...

primoleone @kscurtul it will take a week or so and posh wont email back till its resolved. but you will get paid. it's all part of the risk of selling online. dont let it discourage you. I'd be more worried about finicky customers and scam returns.

setrawhalen Does anyone know what I should do! I ordered a package on the 14th it arrived on Tuesday 19th, and I filed a report right away saying my package hasn’t been delivered when I got the notification it was. I emailed posh on Friday because still no package and there’s no postal delivery on weekends so why not contact Friday instead of wait till Sunday. When I emailed Friday they said wait till today 05/24 so I did and told them the package still hasn’t arrived yet. Poshmark has yet to answer.

ericsaenz I need help so about last week I shipped a belt and when the person that bought it arrived at their house they claim that it wasn’t authentic so they open a case and they obviously won . primoleone @jaysal11 I did not bother attempting to intercept. I think the post office will charge $25 for that service. when that package delivered, posh released the funds to me.

rorereac someone ordered something from me yesterday. I see a message today with them asking to cancel. there's 30 other messages. come on now. She said it's a family emergency. really, you're so wealthy that you could just blow a lot of money on a BUNCH of clothes without breaking a sweat with separate delivery fees but now you're so broke that you have to cancel all the orders for a family emergency when the money will take up to a week to come back?

barbieannwhite @s_ammantha - I’m not 100% positive, but I think what happens is they order a bunch of stuff, wait a few hours for people to ship, and then cancel the orders. Then claim they didn’t receive it because the order was canceled. They end up with the item and the seller doesn’t get paid.

rorereac @s_ammantha Maybe cuz sometimes Poshers don't click that they shipped their items till after they get home from the post office. So if they shipped it, but she canceled, she would've gotten free stuff. I tried reporting her. We might have to email poshmark to get her deleted. I hit ship once I package my products even if it hasn't left my house yet.

I especially wish I had a record of my first message informing her the package was carefully wrapped and shipped hours prior to her cancellation request.

bigskyboots OMG this just happened to me. My buyer @darbygirl cancelled the order hoursafter I shipped it basically as soon as I checked the 3 boxes saying it was put in the mail. I even waited 18 hours to ship. The item was $380. I'm pissed as hell, no explanation as to why she cancelled or notification from Poshmark when she canceled. I went ahead and tried an interception that is costing me $25 dollars if it succeeds. I can't believe Poshmark hasn't fixed this scammer loophole yet.

moonthreads if you use the label poshmark gives you you'll be paid and the buyer cant cancel once its been scanned.if you're a buyer and it says delivered yet you never recieve it poshmark will reimburse you.ive had an item never get scanned and poshmark paid me because i contacted them. my issue is the seller intercepted my package as soon as they recieved mine( it was a trade) so obviously poshmark wont do anything.is there anything i can do

stylemesteele I’m going through this now. Waited 12 hours to ship and item and 12 hours after I shipped got a cancellation email. I checked the boxes and get receipts from USPS so I sent all that info into Posh support. Messaged buyer too twice and no response. We filed for an interception as well but this all just happened yesterday so waiting for updates.

This moring I woke up to an email from Poshmark telling me not to ship canceled due to unverifiable payment/address. However, I already shipped it. popcool @nananielis Hi! Yes! Poshmark got back to me after 4 or 5 days and released the funds. Try to intercept the package anyway. I intercepted the package right away, but for some reason they couldn't get it back to me. I reached out to the "buyer" and she told me that she'll send it back to me but of course she never did. She was just another scammer.

thedenimbar @jocelynnlopez65 You should be good. Posh does allow guest accounts. Also, all sellers and buyers are covered by Poshmark so you’ll get your money either way. Don’t worry, make your money. If it looks really odd just notify Poshmark Support by sending them an email through the purchase and you’ll be good.

denimandfelt This just happened to me. Sold a Gucci purse. 10 hours after the sale….they cancelled due to unverified payment. I filed the intercept with the post office within a few hours of dropping the package off at the post office and they still delivered it to the scammer!!! It said a M Alex signed for it. I have the address I mailed it too. Is there anything I can do legally now that I know who signed for it?? Posh did release funds to me. Just irritated they still got the bag for free!!
