petite_emilie @jakannas is the waist 17 laying flat or total? Also is the slip tight or loose fitting? Where would say the smallest pet of dress is - bust? What size would you say fits best? I'm 32B and usually 11 waist laying flat

jakannas @petite_emilie I can't really tell where the waist is. It's shaped like a slip, bit a tight slip like a slip dress. I am a 32D and it doesn't fit. A 32B would definitely fit.
