There are warnings in her closet on other items, I just didn't see the warnings until it was too late. Working with P to get my money back. Just looking out for you all. If you have her address, contact her local authorities and tell them she scammed you with a fake bag. Selling replicas is illegal. Also, doing the transaction via USPS is a federal offense. If the transaction surpassed $500 it's another felony. Do not stop until you get your money back. Talk to @iysh because she was scammed out of an LV bag and the police escorted her scammer to the PO to return her bag. You can also fill out an IC3 form for Internet fraud. This girl is going to be in a lot of trouble. Aliexpress sells these for less than $30. Plastic on the handles is always a dead giveaway. Please keep at it until you receive your money. Do not return her bag until you speak with the authorities. Also contact the FBI because selling replicas helps support terrorism. The Feds are really cracking down on people like this. It's going to take work, but it will be worth it in the end. Who knows how many others she has done this to? The DA of her county make look into filing charges against her, especially if it was over $500. I bet she has done this to many. Also, list her in scambook.com. If you google search her phone number I bet a lot of nasty info will surface. Feel free to contact me at any point. Thanks Paulina for reaching out. iysh @chosenchic35 oh no!!! 😡😡😡 what ever you do, don't cancel the claim, once it's cancelled it can't be re-opened. I saw one lady cancelled cause apparently the seller was trying to credit her back and couldn't cause of the claim, so she closed claimed, I don't believe she got her funds!

kazkato This is all very helpful, but what can we do when the seller is getting scammed by a buyer? I had someone buy my brand new authentic Louboutin shoes. I rushed my behind to the post offc to get them out to her asap, just because I want my buyers to be satisfied with my items, and my service. A few days later I get an email from P telling me my buyer filed a claim, saying item was "not as described", and she claimed they were damaged and/or stained! I'm in disbelief! The shoes were sent to her in perfect condition, just as pictured. The shoes have NEVER been worn. I got another email from P yesterday saying they sent her a prepaid label to ship the shoes to them for further investigation. I'm really hoping this person didn't deliberately damage my shoes, because she now realized that she doesn't want them, and that's the only way she figures they'll let her get out of the purchase. I looked at her page, and saw she has no listings, just ppl that she follows. I thought that was a bit odd, but figured maybe she's new to P, so I went ahead and sold them to her. I should've listened to that little voice. I just hope my shoes get back to me in the same condition that they went out!

I have saved all email communication. @kazkato make sure you keep all recent photos you sent to the buyer including all communications. Wow! it's one thing for the seller to scam the buyer, but for the buyer to Scam the seller, now this crazy! Let's look out for each other ladies. @kazkato let me know if you need help with anything.

kazkato There wasn't much of a time lapse at all. She made her claim within a couple days of receiving the shoes. The only pics I have are the ones I posted in my closet. She definitely has an agenda. I have so many scenarios going through my mind right now. She could've even switched my shoes for some old garbage she already owned. I'm just waiting to see what P plans to do with this situation. If those shoes come back switched or destroyed, I'm going to blast this buyers page all over P.

The listed item is a smooth Leather Celine bag, the first and last pic is trash🚮🚮! The bag doesn't even have a serial number and the Celine stamp is huge!! It's really a shame! I don't know why for some strange reason posh wouldn't let me post all for, but it's ok you see the comparison in what was listed and what I got. Smh!!!
