chosenchic35@paulinajc622 Wow!

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@babycakes83 look at the post under the speedy your wanted to by. The one with all the ❌❌❌❌'s. She got this buyer!

Nov 29Reply

landerites@chosenchic35 @paulinajc622 , this is disgusting. I have no problem blasting crappy people like this on Posh. If you have her address, contact her local authorities and tell them she scammed you with a fake bag. Selling replicas is illegal. Also, doing the transaction via USPS is a federal offense. If the transaction surpassed $500 it's another felony. Do not stop until you get your money back. Talk to @iysh because she was scammed out of an LV bag and the police escorted her scammer to the PO to return her bag. You can also fill out an IC3 form for Internet fraud. This girl is going to be in a lot of trouble. Aliexpress sells these for less than $30. Plastic on the handles is always a dead giveaway. Please keep at it until you receive your money. Do not return her bag until you speak with the authorities. Also contact the FBI because selling replicas helps support terrorism. The Feds are really cracking down on people like this. It's going to take work, but it will be worth it in the end. Who knows how many others she has done this to? The DA of her county make look into filing charges against her, especially if it was over $500. I bet she has done this to many. Also, list her in scambook.com. If you google search her phone number I bet a lot of nasty info will surface. Feel free to contact me at any point. Thanks Paulina for reaching out. I am always here to try and get justice for the victims.

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@landerites thank you so much! I paid $1440.00 for it. Got my claim started through p to get my money back already so I'm good there. But she needs to be dealt with and I won't stop until she's stopped! Thanks again Hun.

Nov 29Reply

iysh@chosenchic35 oh no!!! 😡😡😡 what ever you do, don't cancel the claim, once it's cancelled it can't be re-opened. I saw one lady cancelled cause apparently the seller was trying to credit her back and couldn't cause of the claim, so she closed claimed, I don't believe she got her funds!

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@iysh thanks Hun.....I won't cancel it. I had to open a claim a few weeks ago from nyluxury. Got my money back... So beware of them too!❌❌❌❌

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@tootiebell17 @anabelle12 @drammaqueen beware of Chrissybee! She's a scammer! Read this post!! ❌❌❌🚫🚫🚫🚫

Nov 29Reply

landerites@chosenchic35 @paulinajc622 oh my goodness. You paid a pretty penny. The picture up above, is that the bag you have? Or are those the pictures from her listings? I haven't even checked her closet. Is her closet still active? Posh needs to know about this, regardless of how you paid.

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@landerites that's what she had listed, but it's not what I received. I received a horrible fake. The bag she listed is an authentic bag, she even sent me photos which I also have as proof.

Nov 29Reply

christieb_02@chosenchic35 thanks for letting me know! What's wrong with these people?!

Nov 29Reply

landerites@chosenchic35 , screen shot everything. Her closet will close soon so keep every conversation, pictures, the whole nine yards. I just blasted her under the listing. Stupid slime ball @chrissybee

Nov 29Reply

kazkatoThis is all very helpful, but what can we do when the seller is getting scammed by a buyer? I had someone buy my brand new authentic Louboutin shoes. I rushed my behind to the post offc to get them out to her asap, just because I want my buyers to be satisfied with my items, and my service. A few days later I get an email from P telling me my buyer filed a claim, saying item was "not as described", and she claimed they were damaged and/or stained! I'm in disbelief! The shoes were sent to her in perfect condition, just as pictured. The shoes have NEVER been worn. I got another email from P yesterday saying they sent her a prepaid label to ship the shoes to them for further investigation. I'm really hoping this person didn't deliberately damage my shoes, because she now realized that she doesn't want them, and that's the only way she figures they'll let her get out of the purchase. I looked at her page, and saw she has no listings, just ppl that she follows. I thought that was a bit odd, but figured maybe she's new to P, so I went ahead and sold them to her. I should've listened to that little voice. I just hope my shoes get back to me in the same condition that they went out!

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@landerites I have screenshot everything! And thank you so much for your support and helping me expose the heartless person. And to think she's doing a Christmas drive to help the less fortunate huh!!!! I have saved all email communication. @kazkato make sure you keep all recent photos you sent to the buyer including all communications. Wow! it's one thing for the seller to scam the buyer, but for the buyer to Scam the seller, now this crazy! Let's look out for each other ladies. @kazkato let me know if you need help with anything.

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@kazkato was it this same person!?!?

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@landerites @semza9 @kazkato @jmlagar @iysh @honeynut17 @christineshur I'm going to post the bag that was sent to me. Look at the bag on this post and compare!!! It's so sad. 🚮 is where it belongs!

Nov 29Reply

kazkatoNo, it's a different person! I just read in the "case in review" section. It says she provided supporting photos/documentation. I can't believe this is happening. Some ppl are so dishonest! She probably wore them, and now wants to send them back.

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@kazkato what was the time lapse? Send them as many recent photos as possible. Praying for you.

Nov 29Reply

kazkatoThere wasn't much of a time lapse at all. She made her claim within a couple days of receiving the shoes. The only pics I have are the ones I posted in my closet. She definitely has an agenda. I have so many scenarios going through my mind right now. She could've even switched my shoes for some old garbage she already owned. I'm just waiting to see what P plans to do with this situation. If those shoes come back switched or destroyed, I'm going to blast this buyers page all over P.

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@landerites @iysh @kazkato @jmlagar @honeynut17 @christineshur look at the first and last photo, this is what I was sent. Compare to the second and third pic which was listed for sale. The listed item is a smooth Leather Celine bag, the first and last pic is trash🚮🚮! The bag doesn't even have a serial number and the Celine stamp is huge!! It's really a shame! I don't know why for some strange reason posh wouldn't let me post all for, but it's ok you see the comparison in what was listed and what I got. Smh!!!

Nov 29Reply

chosenchic35@paulinajc622 see first and last photo which is what I received, compare to 2nd and last pic.

Nov 29Reply

kazkatoOh my! Those are 2 totally different bags for sure. Damn shame that ppl are doing this!
