Measurements laying flat: Across shoulders: 17.5" Armpit to armpit: 19" Top of shoulder to bottom hem: 19" And the material is 65% Rayon, 30% Nylon, 5% Spandex. It is a thicker material, very well made. LMK if I can answer any other questions!
