@frendzy since it is scratch resistant you could probably send it into Michelle they're pretty good about fixing things sometimes it costs a little bit to get it fixed it was purchased at Nordstrom so you can bring it there

@kristinlopez I'm not sure what it is. I got it done at nordstroms where it was purchased. I have them do all my tune ups. They send it to Michele. I also have the diamond deco. They are great but takes a while to get it back. So a regular watch person may do it faster.

This is such a beautiful watch, and I'm really tempted... But I have 5 Micheles, and if I buy another think I'm more drawn to the jetway or sport sail with gold and diamonds.
