This skirt is in J Crew's double-serge cotton with nautical buttons down the front. Had been gently worn twice. Back zip and polyester lined. 23" around the waist, and 17" in length. Has a few small marks on the inside near the hem (pictured) Not noticeable at all when worn.

tnthom5547 @gopieface they are discoloration. I'm not sure what from since the first I noticed them was when I listed the item. Looks like ink, maybe? I'm an art teacher so it's likely something to that effect.
