Jovani evening prom gown in royal blue

Such a beautiful dress, the style is tight and form fitting at the top with a mermaid bottom. The whole dress is chiffon and the top is ruched with the chiffon until it drops at the thigh into the flow of the mermaid bottom. The color is a beautiful royal blue and it is embellished with crystals from the bust all the way down to the mermaid bottom. I've held onto this dress for so long now, but it's time to let go and let someone else enjoy it! Minor blemishes on bottom ):
