gwendolynstella @kels33 hi love, I'm sorry it's taken me so long but I was finally able to try these on again! There's actually a good amount of room around the heel (when I walk, my foot comes up a bit) but it's a little more snug around the foot. If you have a wider foot, it might not work but there's definitely a bit more room in the back! Hope that helps
