verkouille I would love to go lower but sadly this website is charging me 75$ for putting this dress on here, so we could sell it away from the website and do around 350 or 325 at LOWEST. But no never been altered I have a D bra, and I'm about 5'9 and it came to the floor. So if your a taller you could just wear heels, I'll comment another picture shortly. It could be easily altered if needed
