violetini @biubiu2016 Hi, I checked the dress and it does not have fabric tags, it is from a Vietnamese custom clothing house, which specializes in silk and I now realize the chiffon overlay is silk so I will add that to the description.

violetini @biubiu2016 the breast is padded yes, or at least the fabric and pleatings makes them thicker than the rest of the dress. It's very finely tailored.
