I love this dress but have yet to wear it and am desperate for the money. You can dress it up or dress it down. Perfect for any occasion. Beautiful light blue color. tightens by draw string around waist to make tighter or looser. High slits up legs but lays flat (unless blowing in the wind like the pic shows)
