@atn7399 Hi sorry for the delay! The length measured is 31"from the shoulder strap. I'm not positive at what point to measure the bust since it seems much smaller than what fits as it stretches. But it fits me at a 32" bust. Hope this helps. Lmk if you're still interested/have any more questions. 😉

@jsbags Sorry that's the lowest I'll go after many reductions. I bought it full price before a trip to Vegas and I'm not making much back out of it already. You can bundle with another item for a bundling discount though.
