kimsellsthis @amandajean97 they are the same. I just lost a bit more weight then I thought and have gone down a size or two. My suggestion is to use the measurements in the description and compare to a pair of shorts you already own. I never asked previous seller for measurements - just went off of my size (well what I thought was my size) at forever 21. That's why I have to reposh which makes me soooo sad bc these shorts are fantastic! :(
