This is a NWT reposh! Unfortunately it was too short for me! Love it so much and wish I could keep it! It has a cute flutter sleeve, elastic waist, and a brown braided belt. The body of the dress is lined. It's about 33" from shoulder to hem in the front and the waist measures 24" before you stretch the elastic. It can stretch up to about 34".
