@kcford24 & @abstractdreams thank you ladies. I have been here 7 months and I am feeling let down. I spend hours everyday trying to get my self out there sharing and following but it does not seem to get me anywhere. I have only $90 something in sales and tons of stuff not moving. Oh wells. I figure if come January of next year nothing then I give up. :(

Don't be discouraged. You do gave a ton of shares. The problem may be you don't have enough followers. Followers are potential sharer's and buyer's! The word is you should follow 5x more Poshers because only about 1/2 will follow you back. Also using your own pics is better than stock photos (which are going to be a Posh no-no soon). I'm putting a S.E. MI Meet & Greet together late Summer or early Fall, would you be interested? Listing in my closet. 👍🏽💋

Hi Patricia.. Sorry your having a slow start.. Main thing is share yours as well as others.. Get in share groups for exposure. Work on getting followers. Follow rules. Join in on parties as well as getting your name and closet seen by upcoming party host..exposure is the key.

Nice to meet you Patricia! I can see from your share count that you are a very active posher! And thats great! I think your closet is great, and I'll try to share it a bunch :) Maybe think about moving the items with photos you took up to the top, and adding photos of NWT items in their packaging. Just a tiny suggestion, but your closet is really nice and deserves more followers!

OMG! What am amazing response. Okay so I need to follow 5x more than are following me. I will start working on that this week. I think maybe I an slow with this because I follow someone then immediately share their items before moving on because I want to make sure I share theirs. So to follow 20 people it takes me like 45 minutes.

Also I thought leaving things in their packaging was better, meaning that would make it easier to sell because it's untouched. A majority of the stuff I have are in plastic bags from where I bought them from. I didn't think I should take them out and expose to smells in the air. Am I wrong?

@pstone81 Hi, Patricia. I'm Dawn. I'm pretty new, too. I'm a big sharer, too. I was trying to share for each new follower, too, in the beginning but it soon got to be overwhelming. Someone told me that they only shared for people who shared their closets (more than one item) or liked something. That made things much more manageable.

@pstone81 cont'd Also, when you follow your comments on your phone or tablet but do the actual sharing from your desktop (or I'd guess laptop, too) that goes much faster. Also, make sure you share your own closet 3-6 times per day. There's also a chat corner in @travelbugginger 's closet that u can read thru & get great tips.

I've heard that u should follow them & their followers to broaden your circle of influence so I'm trying that. Also, follow newbies & their followers since they bring fresh energy!

I'm discovering that there are a few different paths to being successful here. Most seem to involve following a ton so people will follow back. Some go the share group route, but there are a few other well-loved and successful Poshers who don't join groups and don't follow a great many (but have many followers) by "free sharing." One thing they all seem to have in common is that their closets are attractive and compliant (there are many who won't share items from your closet if they see Posh no-nos listed, and with prohibited items it's very hard to get your closet noticed for party Host Picks and such), they gain a lot of followers regularly and they "connect" with others. I wish you very well, Patricia, however you go about this. Will tag you in a couple of things you might find helpful... but only if you'd like. 😀

@alise28 I am very sorry to hear of the sickness and troubles my friend. I understand and am quite sick myself. Do what you need to do. You are beautiful and always so supportive to me thank you for that. ❤ I need to send out a post as I will only be on 3 days per week. @xolaugh5 When people add your stuff to a bundle, generally I notice they are wanting or interested in buying more than one item from your closet. This way they only have to pay shipping once. It helps if you have the bundle thing on your closet set up. Where you discount a certain percentage off so many items. I believe I have mine at 10 or 15% off the first two items and so on. I think it also helps you sell more to be honest. Hope that helps!
