Full Tilt floral skirt with waist band!

My favorite skirt which I simply can't fit into anymore. It has two connected layers (great for shaping the butt), and a black elastic waist band. The waist band has VERY minor snags which are not noticeable as you can see in the photos. I just want to make any buyers aware in case you scrutinize the skirt upon receiving it. It's still in great shape and an awesome length for taller girls!
