This dress is a cute style with empire waist with a buckle detail in front. This dress is in good condition. It has a v neck in front and back. The fabric has stretch but where the waist is does not stretch and it has no zippers. It is a medium but I think it would be better for a small or someone with small hips or shoulders to put it on.
