amartin82 Do you have a specific workout regimen? I cut sugar and have gone down from 110. Anyway, you look great. My boyf would prob love me to look like that. I have a mini muffin top. Boo to tight jeans.

slgraham2 @amartin82 well aren't you soo sweet!! How did you cut down on sugars? Like give me an example.... I would love to loose 7lbs. But I work out-- just started really a couple of months ago... I run a mile or two then lift weights... Then run again... I try to eat healthy but doesn't always happen... I've always had a flat stomach and fat legs // big boobs... I'm disproportionate

amartin82 I had a huge sweet tooth. But I'm a dental hygienist and I just had to stop. I don't eat a lot of candy, cakes, snacks. I eat a ton of fresh/steamed veggies. I also drank a lot of soda but I've pretty much completely cut that out and only occasionally drink tea. Nearly all water. Obviously that's where my fat storage came from. Plus I've had 3 kids but I guess I should be happy with where I am.

slgraham2 @amartin82 okay, I used to drink cokes but quit about 8 weeks ago... I don't eat very many sweets... I home cook every night / day... I can't seem to loose weight.... And like I said I work out and run every day. I use a pre workout and amino acid supplement... Some people say I'm gaining muscle but I don't think so. I want more results with loosing weight.. Girl I would totally be proud of yourself If I was you. 3 kids at 103? That's amazing. Kuddos to you. Try to start lifting weights a little... Maybe try a protein supplement to fuel your muscles... I drink carnation for breakfast or slim fast they have a lot of protein in it.. Also I just learn how to do stuff in the gym by following pages on Instagram lol...
